New Moon Circle
Harnessing your power through movement & manifestation

Liz of SunRanges Qoya will lead you through a Qoya practice. Qoya is a dance based embodiment practice with the core idea that through movement we remember. Together we will explore the theme of "Open to Receive".
In Circle, I will support you to explore your vision and how you can manifest your dreams. We’ll talk about feminine energy and why it’s important for manifesting, ways you can manifest what you want and then I’ll guide you to connect with the New Moon energy to declare and manifest your desires!
